You'll be directed to a secure page to enter your billing information. We'll then verify your credit card and check that there are sufficient funds available for the purchase. This verification holds the funds for about 24 hours, and then releases them back to your bank/credit card.

What is a Free Trial - how does it work?

We offer a Free trial for ALL of our programs, so you have time to review it before deciding if you'd like to paid for the program or return it.

Here is how it works: When you place an order, you will see a verification transaction that allows us to test the authenticity of our customer's credit cards, and that they have sufficient funds. This verification holds the funds for about 24 hours, and then releases them back to your bank/credit card and NO charges are processed.

When placing an order, you'll see the number of days of your Free trial displayed on the same page as the buy buttons. This is the number of days you have BEFORE you're charged for your purchase, so you can use this trial to review the program and decide if it's right for you. How do I cancel my purchase and receive a full refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without hassle. Simply contact us to let us know within your free trial period. We'll remove your access to the program and you won't be charged. No questions asked.

You'll be able to easily identify any of your orders with us on your credit card statement. Just look for "GetAltitude, LLC" as the name of the vendor/merchant.

Are there any costs when requesting a cancellation or refund?

If you decide not to keep something you buy from us, you'll only have to pay any shipping costs involved with sending physical programs back to us. There are no other costs involved and no surprises. Any refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned product and you'll receive a confirmation email that your cancellation or refund has been processed.

In case of electronic purchases, there are no costs involved. After you cancel, we'll remove your access to the electronic program and give you all your money back.

How do I return a DVD or CD program for a full refund?

If you'd like to return a DVD or CD program, just send it back within 30 days, and we'll refund 100% of your money within 3-4 business days of receiving your return. No questions asked. Please see important return instructions:

IMPORTANT CD/DVD RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

When returning a product, it must be in the condition you received and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend you return the product using a tracking number. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD), and we regret that no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates can be made.

If you decide to return a program, please take a few minutes to package all of it back up so it will be in the condition you received it.

Include your original packing slip with your product. This contains your name and order number so that your refund can be processed quickly.

Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment. Please send us your tracking number through our Contact page.
